Cathal’s style is a traditional Wexford style hurley with a thick heel and a medium size bás, allowing more timber to be left in the bás of the hurley. This increases strike and also gives a solid touch. Cathal is a sideline cut specialist so we make them with a thick heel to improve sideline cuts. Cathal’s hurleys are medium weight.
